New Business Program Specialist
CDS provides the next generation of business communication. Our U.S. based Marketing Services and Customer Management Center is a new model for progressive companies looking to grow revenues, shorten sales cycles, influence customer decisions, and build customer loyalty.
We are currently seeking New Business Program Specialists to make outbound calls to both established & prospective business to business relationships. Successful candidates will be responsible for positioning new products & services on behalf of our clients to secure leads and to generate sales.
New Business Program Specialists should possess the confidence and excitement necessary to successfully execute outbound client relationship calls & follow up calls, and should be able to build immediate rapport with all types of individuals. A confident consultative approach is most successful. Demonstration of good telephone etiquette is required, as well as the ability to professionally communicate.
